How your order will be delivered?
You will be notified via e-mail with an approximate delivery date when placing your order in your order confirmation, and again with a more accurate date and time once it is dispatched. The e-mail will also inform you which of our delivery services have your parcel and the tracking number.
The courier will also send you notifications regarding your delivery and possible options, if you will not be home to receive it.
In a rare case that your tracking number is not sent within your shipping confirmation email, please contact us to make an enquire and our team will be happy to assist you.
Return
Making a return is easy. Just click on My Account, Find your Order Number under the Order History section and then select Contact Us button.
In the Contact Us Form, select "Return" from the dropdown menu and explain what's wrong with your order and why you want to return it.
Once filled and submitted, we aim to respond to all requests within one business day with the return label and the instructions on how to send it back. Once we have received and checked your returns, we will issue a refund back to your original method of payment.
Please note that items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Also depending on your bank, it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Did you receive an item that was damaged / defective on arrival?
We work hard to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, but we understand that isn’t always the case. To report damaged or faulty items due to delivery, follow the Return procedure stated above. We can offer a replacement unit or parts at no extra cost. If you would prefer to return the item, we will refund the item’s price and delivery cost to your original payment method within 5 business days of pickup. You may have to upload a picture of the damaged item or if your package appears severely damaged. We recommend that you inspect your item upon delivery and report any issues within 30 days of receiving the item.
Replacing Damaged Item(s) or Missing Part(s)

Not what you ordered?
If you received a delivery from us but it isn't what you ordered, we'll be happy to fix that without any extra cost to you. Just click on My Account, select Orders and then click on Contact us to send us a message. We aim to respond to your request within one business day.
